Salomon Rondon is a Venezuelan professional footballer who was born on September 16, 1989. He plays as a striker and is currently playing for the Chinese Super League club Dalian Professional, on loan from West Bromwich Albion. Rondon started his professional career with Aragua in 2006 before moving to Málaga in 2010. He also played for Rubin Kazan, Zenit Saint Petersburg, Newcastle United, and West Bromwich Albion before moving to Dalian Professional in 2019. He has represented the Venezuelan national team since 2008 and has scored multiple goals for his country, including a hat-trick against Bolivia in a 2018 World Cup Qualifier. Rondon is known for his physical strength, aerial ability, and powerful shot.
